Credited toward your repair
When a repair is approved and completed during the same visit, the $45 fee is credited toward the cost. You pay the repair price; not the repair price plus the diagnostic.
Published prices, not estimates
For standard residential repairs the prices below are what you pay, not starting points or ranges. If more than one standard repair is needed, a reduction is applied to the standalone price. Custom-quoted work is rare and always disclosed before we proceed.
The prices below apply to standard one- and two-car residential garage doors. Once we diagnose the issue on-site, we confirm the repair and price before touching anything. The $45 diagnostic fee is credited when repair is approved.

| Double Torsion Spring Replacement Replacement of both torsion springs on two-spring systems for even lift, proper balance, and long-term reliability. | $350 |
| Cable Replacement Replacement of worn or broken lift cables on both sides. Includes tension adjustment and verification of safe operation. | $215 |
| Drum Replacement Replacement of worn or damaged cable drums. Includes cable reset, proper alignment, and retensioning. | $175 |
| Center Bearing Replacement Replacement of the center bearing on the torsion shaft. Requires full spring tension release, drum and cable removal, bearing swap, and complete reassembly with balance verification. | $175 |
| End Bearing Plate Replacement Replacement of both end bearing plates, the wall-mounted brackets that support the torsion shaft at each end. Requires full spring tension release, drum and cable removal, shaft removal, plate removal and reinstallation with lag screws into wall framing, and complete reassembly with balance verification. Price assumes standard lag screw reinstallation. If existing hardware is stripped or framing requires remediation, additional charges may apply. Your technician will identify any such conditions on-site and communicate the full cost before any additional work is performed. | $215 |
