Every opener gets its own motor and accessory choices - a battery backup or camera you want on one garage door doesn’t force you to buy it again for the next. Nearly all residential doors are handled by the standard 600 lb motor. Northview verifies your exact opener requirements on-site before installation, so the price below is an estimate pending that confirmation. Extra charges apply if installation requires framing enhancements or mounting to anything other than wood.
Each opener can be configured separately. The savings gained from this configurability really shows up with garages that have multiple doors. You may want a back-up battery so you can access your garage when the power is out. But you may not want to pay for a back-up battery on all of your openers. Sommer lets you build exactly what you need and nothing you don't want.
A single SOMweb module gives you phone control and alerts for every door on this build. You only need one, even with 3 openers.
Includes professional installation and labor for every unit. Motor selections are estimates pending Northview’s on-site verification. Camera items require the SOMweb module (below) to view or control remotely.
